ELETTROTEK KABEL S.p.A. acquires Bonati Cablaggi s.r.l.
Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 19 January 2024 – Elettrotek Kabel S.p.a. (hereinafter ‘EK Group’), through its subsidiary MB Technology, announces the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Bonati Cablaggi s.r.l.
Located in Corcagnano, in the province of Parma, Bonati Cablaggi boasts an important experience in “hot melt” molding, design and assembly of switchboards and electrical wiring.
Roberto Gallingani (President & CEO of Elettrotek Kabel S.p.A) emphasizes how this acquisition represents a significant growth signal for the wiring division, which is increasingly consolidating within EK Group, currently composed of 280 employees distributed across 7 companies (Production of electrical cables – Distribution of electrical cables – Wiring).
